Beautiful bright new home, walk to Easton's Beach

Beautiful, sunlit new build perfect for year round adventures in Newport and Middletown. Come and stay with us and bring your family and friends. Spacious open floor plan 5 bedroom home (4 bedrooms on 2nd floor and 1 bedroom on lower level) Furnished with office, gym, laundry room, Golden Tee arcade game, 5 flat screen televisions, wifi, netflix, deck and back patio with fire pit.

Walking distance to Newport's Easton Beach, Cliff Walk, Newport Beach House (wedding venue), Carousel, Aquarium and local Middletown restaurants and shops. Child friendly! Please email me to confirm rates and dates as we may be flexible on some of the minimum nights etc. Please no pets or smoking and minimum age for renters is 27. Thanks! We look forward to having renters enjoy our home as much as we do!

Sister’s Bachelorette’s Perfect Stay

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It’s absolutely stunning. It has so much room and is in such a central location to everything. There were 8 of us and we had more than enough space. Do not hesitate, book now!

Wedding weekend in Newport

My niece was getting married at the Eisenhower House. As a family we decided to rent a house and be all together rather than rent rooms in hotels and be scattered about Newport. This home was PERFECT......plenty of room, clean, beautiful yard and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms. We had a couple of issues during our stay and the owner responded in a very timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our visit. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great property! It was spacious, clean and organized. Deck was beautiful to relax on with water views. It was close to beach, Flo's :). Communication was clear and quick from the owner. We had a weekend away with no kiddos, but was saying if we had them was definitely kid friendly! Definitely recommend!

Great house for large groups

Mary Ellen is kind, helpful, and responsive. Check in and check out were so easy. The house is huge! We had 6 adults and 4 young kids and had more than enough space for our group. We could spread out as needed or all be together comfortably in the main living/ kitchen space. The kids loved eating at the big round table. The house is in a great location for exploring all that Newport/ Middletown have to offer. We would definitely stay again.

Early Summer Weekend Trip

My friends and I had a great stay at this lovely home back in June! It was big enough to accommodate us all. It is in a great location - easy access to downtown Newport and nearby food spots. Parking was easy for a big group with multiple cars. As a group of only girls, we didn't feel comfortable utilizing the downstairs bedroom, but I'm sure it's great for families. Thank you to Mary Ellen for her excellent communication as well!

My group and I had a wonderful weekend here! The house was beautiful and spacious-perfect fir a large group. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location is also very convenient-you can see the water and just a few minutes drive to downtown Newport. Mary Ellen was responsive and helpful. Moms Weekend

This house was a perfect place for us to get away for a quick mom’s weekend. It was conveniently located near the cliff walk and a quick Uber ride to downtown Newport. The house was nice and clean and offered a lot of space. Everybody was able to sleep comfortably in their own bed. The open floor plan allowed for us all to be able to hang out downstairs comfortably. We also liked the ability to be able to work out on our stay as well. The house is well stocked, not only with linens but paper goods. This helped our packing. Maryellen was also very responsive through the app. I would definitely rent again from not only her but also at this location.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The home was in a perfect location for quick Uber rides to all of our planned events for my sister in law’s bachelorette weekend. The host accommodated a request for early check in, which worked perfectly for our group as we were all traveling from about two hours away. We experienced a small plumbing issue upon check in but the host responded to our inquiry and had the issue resolved within an hour. The home was plenty spacious for our group and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for a chef-prepared meal. The home could benefit from more seating in the great room.
