AUG 20-23 WEEKEND OPEN. Now booking summer 2027: Full summer weeks run SUN to SUN. BBH is an incredibly versatile spacious rental with a 4BD main house and a separate 2BD in law apartment with roof-deck, both accessible through side by side doors off inside garage landing. Two first floor bedrooms-no steps.
The Main house has a NEW KITCHEN, two 1st floor bedrooms and two 2nd floor bedrooms. There are full bathrooms with tubs on each floor, plus an additional 1/2 bath on 1st floor, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower in the private backyard. 1st floor bedrooms include one with king bed, one with twin daybed with pullout twin trundle. 2nd floor bedrooms include one with queen, and one with two twins and set of twin bunk beds.
The large deck located directly off the main house kitchen is great for backyard barbecues and casual entertaining. On hot summer days, stretch out on one of our loungers, or rest quietly in the shade under our dual retractable awnings. In the evenings, enjoy beautiful westward sunset views right from your own deck. Main house patio furniture comfortably seats 12+.
The attached in law apt has a separate entrance from inside the garage. It has its own living room, small kitchen, private queen bedroom, and loft bedroom with a full and a queen. There is one full bathroom with tub for the apt. And best of all, the apt has direct access to our incredible roof-deck with spectacular views.
BBH has a fabulous location just a five minute walk down a quiet side street to The Newport Resort and First / Easton's Beach, a great family beach with nice amenities. Easy bike ride or 15 minute walk to Second / Sachuest Beach, or bike/quick drive to Third Beach. For the kids, a local elementary school expanded playground is only a quick stroll away. BBH is a five minute walk to many local restaurants (including The Atlantic Grill, Tickets sports bar, Mission burger and Flo's Clamshack), surf-bike shops, convenience store, Clementines ice cream shop. Downtown Newport is minutes away. No more parking hassles, as this property offers a two car garage and 4 additional off street spaces. Just unpack and enjoy your week!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
July/Aug require SUN TO SUN full week bookings. 6 cars max w/ 2 in garages. Quiet time Town Ordinance: 10pm-7am.
Groups of 8-10 adults must inquire and provide info before booking for approval. couples or singles, guys or girls, general age range, any pets?
Ring camera monitors driveway. You will be sent an Agreement on booking that asks for name of each guest, and a list of the vehicles/details.

My husband Lance and I are avid windsurfers. We love the charm of Newport, the wide sandy beaches, and the friendly community.

Why they chose this property

I have been in love with the Newport area for 20 years. My husband and I met windsurfing, and spent many a windy day on the shores of 3rd beach. We were engaged in Newport, and have spent all of our anniversaries there. Our dream was to eventually retire from the Boston area to this wonderful beaching and boating community! And we accomplished this recently and love it.

What makes this property unique

Your group can all stay together under one roof, but still have two separate living areas. The in law apt provides privacy for 2-5 members of your group, while still offering proximity to the main house. Two separate entrances from the landing inside the side garage door.
