A fully enclosed backyard with a cozy covered patio creates an oasis that is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening drink. Includes separate studio space (120 Sqft) that is a perfect getaway for reading and relaxing. The interior offers slate flooring in the kitchen, wood floors throughout the rest of the home, crown molding, custom paint colors, and upgraded finishes. (Will be remodeled in April 2023!) Available for mid-term or long-term rental.
