This was my first time using a VRBO and it didn't disappoint! The communication and accommodations were simply awesome. A first class property and owner. While researching properties in this area to stay in, the reviews of this one in particular is what caught my attention. We had booked it for a short stay in order to have my son moved in as a student at Liberty. Needless to say the property was everything advertised, new, clean, well laid out and the host was especially accommodating throughout our stay. Would recommend and will more than likely be booking in the future.

The location of this property is prime if you are looking for quiet with a yard! Plenty of room in the home for everyone in our party. Beds were really comfortable and a lovely kitchen to cook meals. Had a hiccup with the HVAC, but it was handled very quickly and the owner and property managers were awesome to work with. Would recommend to anyone else, and would consider staying there in the future if we are back in Lynchburg!!

Our family enjoyed our trip to Lynchburg and staying at The Madison. It is a beautiful house that has everything you need for all ages, including a high chair! The owners have thought of everything to make this home a great place to stay. We had a wonderful mini vacation…we took our kids to the Snowflex at LU one day and then visited the Natural Bridge on our drive back to our home. Staying at such a nice and beautiful house made our little trip feel so refreshing. Thank you so much.

Family weekend at Liberty University

The house and yard was immaculately clean. The house is well appointed and equipped. The owner offered K-pods for the coffeemaker, but we could have used the loose coffee that we brought with us. The neighborhood is very quiet; we sat on the front porch to relax and a neighbor was strolling her baby. Excellent, no stress weekend. Thanks!

Very nice home.

We enjoyed our stay at The Madison. The home is new - still has the new smell - and everything was nice and clean. The kitchen is well appointed has everything you need to cook a meal even spices. Also in the kitchen is super cool coffee pot that makes coffee traditionally or with pods. The rental comes with an assortment of pods which was a nice touch. I appreciated that both rooms had a king size bed. There was plenty of space in the kid room too, a bunk bed with twin over full plus a trundle pull out. There are luggage racks for your suit cases, a high chair if you needed one even extra diapers in the bathroom. There was hand soap and shampoo, conditioner and body wash also provided in the bathrooms. In short they’ve thought of everything. If I had a complaint it would only be a minor one. Mattresses are the new popular foam kind my 50 something back is not fond of. But that is really personal preference. A nice touch is the phone charging stations on both sides of the bed. I appreciated not having to crawl around on the floor to find the outlet for my charger so bonus points there. We were in town to see our nephew at Liberty University the rental is not too far from campus easy to get to. Only suggestion I have would be to put TVs in the upstairs bedrooms, incase guests would like some time on their own. Overall a great rental would definitely rent from this owner again. Five star experience one of the best I’ve had on VRBO and I’ve rented through VRBO for over 10 years!
