The home sleeps 11 comfortably across 5 bedrooms with a mix of queen, double, and twin beds. It's perfect for multi-family trips or large reunions. 1.5 private bath plus outdoor shower. The open kitchen features granite countertops and a gas stove, ideal for big family dinners after a day at the water.

You're minutes from Long Beach Island cross the newly built walking and bike path over the bridge and the full LBI experience opens up: beaches, shops, seafood, Barnegat Lighthouse, and Historic Beach Haven.

Morning coffee on the deck, dinner by the bay - no car needed. Enjoy bay views, ocean access, historic Beach Haven, entire Long Beach Island, Barnegat Lighthouse, boutique shops.

Parking for 6 cars means no stress for large groups arriving from different directions.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Remove all linens from the bed, place them in a clothing bin, located in laundry room. Please leave all blankets on beds.

Leaving on Sunday? Roll the bins to the road - trash pickup is Monday.

If you used the outdoor shower, please make sure the water is fully off. Return any outdoor furniture to its original spot and cover it before you leave. The sun out here is brutal.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and the primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay.

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM We have wonderful neighbors and we'd like to keep it that way. Please keep noise levels down during quiet hours.

A FEW HOUSE RULES TO REMEMBER - No shoes inside - leave them at the door. - No candles please. - No smoking - $500 fine, strictly enforced.

Family get together

Spent a long weekend with adult children from out of town. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy access to LBI. Busy road out front so be careful if you’re bringing pets

LBI Family Vacay

We had a great time. Place was great for us. Wish it had one more indoor shower but we knew before we booked. We made it work. Plenty of things to do and we were just a few minutes drive to the island and beach. It was great for our big family to be able to stay in one place and visit with family that lives on the island. If going to LBI or anywhere near there I would highly recommend this house to stay in.
