THE SPACE:
Two-story, 5-bedroom home with plenty of space for families and groups. Four bedrooms are upstairs and one is on the first floor. The home sleeps up to 9 guests with 3 queen beds and 3 twin beds.

Two outdoor decks offer peaceful water views and beautiful sunsets, with seating and a gas grill for easy dinners outside.

Beach-ready: 5 beach badges, 6 beach chairs, 3 bodyboards, and an outdoor shower are included.

Easy location: walk to popular local restaurants, enjoy nearby waterfront walking and biking paths, reach local fishing spots in about 5 minutes, and get to Long Beach Island in just minutes.

Please note: The primary renter must be 25+ and stay at the property for the entire reservation. Outdoor security cameras are in place for safety.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave the beach badges in the basket on the kitchen island. Lost badge = $60 fee.
Clean grill & drain grease. Leaving on Sunday? Roll the bins to the road - trash pickup is Monday.
Return any outdoor furniture to its original spot and cover it before you leave. The sun out here is brutal.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and the primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM We have wonderful neighbors and we'd like to keep it that way. Please keep noise levels down during quiet hours.
A FEW HOUSE RULES TO REMEMBER - No shoes inside - leave them at the door. - No candles please. - No smoking - $500 fine, strictly enforced.

Family get together

Spent a long weekend with adult children from out of town. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy access to LBI. Busy road out front so be careful if you’re bringing pets

LBI Family Vacay

We had a great time. Place was great for us. Wish it had one more indoor shower but we knew before we booked. We made it work. Plenty of things to do and we were just a few minutes drive to the island and beach. It was great for our big family to be able to stay in one place and visit with family that lives on the island. If going to LBI or anywhere near there I would highly recommend this house to stay in.

Great stay. Plenty of room for everyone that was with us for the wedding. Views of the bay were great. Plenty of parking. Easy access to LBI and surrounding areas. Air conditioning stopped working during our stay and the owner had a technician out ASAP and had the air conditioning up and running in no time.
