Completely Renovated Ocean Front Studio!

Completely renovated! This unit has been renovated from top to bottom! Unit is located on the 2nd floor on the north-front side of the building. Unit offers a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. Unit does not have cable. Smart TV only.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens & towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, towels and beach towels for max occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Very lovely accommodations. We have been enjoying Rehoboth for over 45 years. Our adult children and grandchildren had their own units and the location was great. It was our first stay at One Virginia and we will plan to return.

Happy Stay

Enjoyed the condo view and openness of the space and window views to the ocean and beach. The condo was light and airy and clean. The building management was excellent with security, cleanliness, courteous staff, the system for coming and going and managing treked in beach sand onto the property. Location was ideal for us being in the quieter end of the boardwalk and yet very close to the activities, shops and restaurants of the heart of Rehoboth Beach.

Beautiful!

The views in this place are phenomenal! It felt like we were staying over the water. Great people watching on the balcony and the bubbles from the toy store below were the icing on the cake for memorable views. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and tons of storage in the bathroom. The location is unbeatable and we didn't touch our car all week, walking to dinner/Funland/park for fishing/playground/bike rentals. The table was a bit wobbly and could use fixing/replacing.

Breathtaking Views!!!

My husband and I enjoyed eight nights in the condo! It was a perfect size for the two of us. The unit was exactly as pictured and everything was updated and decorated with a clean crisp beachy feel. It was clean and bed was new and comfortable. It was a perfect location for going to the beach or taking a stroll on the boardwalk to eat or shop. The only thing I would suggest changing is to get two pub style table and chairs, one for the balcony and one to place inside by the front windows so you would sit higher and see the water while you dine or just relax. It was perfect and we will definitely be back!!
