East Nashville Townhome - 8 Minutes to Broadway!

This NEW East Nashville Townhome is perfect for small to medium sized groups. It is walkable to East Nashville coffee shops and eateries, and a short 8-minute drive to Broadway! Each bedroom is set up with a single queen bed and will accommodate 6 friends or 3 couples. Hang out on the main floor in our cozy living room and kitchen or take it up to the rooftop patio and enjoy some sunshine. Did I mention we have a fully stocked Kuerig coffee bar?!

Please note this townhome is 3 stories:
- First Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, and Half Bath
- Second Floor: Master Bedroom, Second Bedroom, Full Bath, and Laundry
- Third Floor: Third Bedroom, Full Bath, and Rooftop Patio

Perfect location and super clean, communication and relaxation.

Our party of six had a wonderful time at this townhome. About a 15.00-18.00 Lyft for an XL to Broadway within 10 minutes. Loved to outside patio. Beds were super comfy. All necessities we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great communication with owners, too! Lots of steps to get around in the unit but weren’t a problem for our group. Definitely recommended if looking to enjoy Nashville.

Impressive

Brian and Chloe are excellent hosts. Any communication was always immediately addressed. A suggestion to future guests, don’t over pack for what you think you’ll need for the townhouse. They have everything covered! It is decorated so cute and extremely clean with everything working perfectly. It’s about 8-10 min trip to Broadway, not walkable but it is convenient. The only disappointment with my family is that we couldn’t enjoy the adorable rooftop balcony. We were there for a Thanksgiving reunion so the weather was literally freezing!! They were determined to go out on the last night for a very short time. Thank you Brian and Chloe
