K7 Family Friendly, make some memories,clean, easy 2 bdrm 1.5 bath

K7 is a family friendly unit with a great exterior patio, close to the playground and lake. This is a two story unit with a king in master and a bunk bed with queen on the bottom and twin on top, and a trundle bed underneath. Full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. This is the perfect condo to bring children or grandchildren. Located across from the lake, be sure to swing from the rope swing over the lake, feed the ducks, or look for the Island Tree Spirit.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices. No running or playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.

Very nice layout and very peaceful area of the neighborhood. It did not appear as though the unit had been cleaned prior to our arrival, as there was sand and dirt in two of the beds, and dust and pet hair throughout the unit and on the stairs. There were a lot of items filling each room making it overwhelming to try to maneuver, and difficult to find space for our own luggage and our family. The pictures on VRBO of the unit are not reflective of the conditions we encountered during our stay. It was very hot upstairs (we visited during a week where temps were in the 50s/60s). The fans on adhered to the walls to cool down the bedrooms, as well as additional fans found in the closets, were all filled with dust. Unfortunately, two members in our family have severe allergies to dust and are asthmatics. We did not get much sleep, and two of us ended up with respiratory issues. With a good cleaning, and air conditioning upstairs, we likely would have had a different experience.

Great Place

Location was perfect as we were playing in a pickleball tournament less than a 1/2 mile away. Property was clean, pool was perfect for my teenager, and she really enjoyed the pond with the ducks & geese. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice condo 5 mins away from most beaches

The condo was nice and had all the necessary supplies and a beautiful area with 2 pools playground lake ball courts and more. Loved the fact bikes came with the condo as well. The downside.. they don’t limit vehicles per condo so it’s a fight for space as space is limited, basically there’s enough room for one car per condo but most have multiples and rent golf carts and take up additional space, very frustrating when you have a handicap grandmother handicap tag and the property managers response was its only going to get worse…
