1001 Tennismaster - 3 Bedrooms and a screened in porch to enjoy all season!

Experience this fully renovated 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with the best golf course views from the fabulous screened-in porch or large deck! Great location, just a short walk to the beach and steps to the community pool in Shipyard Plantation! This three-bedroom villa is beautifully renovated with a completely open floorplan that includes a huge island w/barstools and updated kitchen that opens to the large great room with plenty of seating around the dining table or on the large sectional sofa in front of the large TV.

The large screen porch and deck gives you additional living space to enjoy your visit to the beach with your family or friends. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a king bed (one with twin bunk beds) and all have direct access to a full bath. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor. The upstairs bedrooms each have a private deck. All bedrooms have TV’s as well as a TV in the great room and a TV in the screened in porch!

Enjoy all the amenities of Shipyard Plantation including playing on any of the 3 golf courses or riding bikes down to the Shipyard Beach Club! You will truly love everything this beautiful villa has to offer!

Much needed relaxation - southern style

This was a great house for our family. Plenty of room for the 6 of us, with a nice big kitchen. Lots of other amenities and pretty close to the beach.

Family vacation

We loved our week at Tennis Master. Hilton Head has been a destination for our family for over 30 years. This year included our nearly 2 year old grandson and the location of this unit was perfect. A short walk or bike ride to the beach, pool and close to restaurants. The unit was very clean and floor plan was perfect for families with children. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We had 3 families stay at this house and it was more than perfect! The location is great and shipyard is a great community. The host was great and replied fast. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great stay!

This was a great condo for our week long family vacation. Very roomy. Kitchen had everything you could need. Comfortable beds. Close walk or bike ride to the beach. Screened in back porch was a great place to relax, play cards etc. One of the better places we have ever stayed in.

Perfect Location

We loved everything about our stay. The townhouse was perfectly appointed and quite cozy! Very peaceful! Loved sitting on the screened back porch for morning coffee. Even saw a few deer on the golf course. Great location...short bike ride to the beach and town. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacay!

Spacious house that was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee, games and our low country boil dinner. We had an issue happen with the house that was totally out of their control. Their communication and response time to do a major repair was excellent. All beds were comfortable and we loved the big sectional to watch movies.

Nice Stay

HHI is always our favorite place to spend our vacation. 1001 Tennis Master was exactly as pictured. Fairly close to beach access but a little to far to walk. Property was very clean. The only negative was one upstairs bed is very high and could really use a small stool for shorter individuals. It would have also been nice to have a small step stool for reaching items on high kitchen cabinet shelves. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely beach getaway

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation here in mid July. Our family was so comfortable in the condo that we spent a lot of time there, in the living room and on the back porch. By asking a stranger (nicely) we were able to get a code for a cut-through to beach access. This made the walk there a lot shorter, which was especially good for my elderly parents. The Tennismaster pool was nice but VERY warm so we mostly enjoyed it in the evenings. The condo included most things we needed for the kitchen and laundry. I think all we got was foil, plastic wrap, hand soap, paper towels, more detergent, etc. Overall very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
