There was an issue with the door lock not working and the rental company immediately was able to immediately remedy the problem and resolve the issue the next business day. Customer service was excellent.

The property mgmt has been very helpful and communicative. The location at Royal Mauian is fantastic and the grounds are well kept. We were completely unbothered by other guests as well.

Kihei condo

The location could not be beat with excellent beaches on both sides of the property. It was great having beach chairs, an umbrella and a bag of beach toys available. We picked up on some noise and there were a few things in the unit that could have been better. Would stay at the Royal Mauian again.

Clean, comfortable and great location

We love the royal mauian location and this condo, although not oceanfront, has a partial view and is very comfortable. All the outdoor chairs/umbrella/toys you need and the patio gets great sunshine. Lots of extra pillows, blankets and good storage space. Kitchen is not overly equipped but had what we needed. Property management was nice to work with.

Not as expected

We arrived in Kihei expecting a luxury newly remodeled condo. What we found was not, a fluff & buff if anything. Windows do not close and the noise was very disruptive. No blackout curtains which meant a lit up bedroom while trying to sleep. Ice maker did not work. The condo above us had tile work being done and it was extremely loud. We tried to see if the property mgr perhaps had another unit anywhere in Kihei but they did not. We booked a room up in Ka’anapali. Lesson learned. **the property management company was great to work with and was understanding.
