The Master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, the second guest room has twin bunkbeds, and the 3rd guest bedroom also has a queen bed.

This home is freshly renovated, with all new appliances, new hardware, and updated in home features. Even though this is a lower unit, the natural light throughout the home is impeccable and showcases the beautiful interior decor.

There is room for one car in the garage.

Fantastic Property Close to Ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a terrific Spring Break week in Newport Beach at this property. The balconiesmon each floor were fantastic amenities. Decor is modern. Bedding was excellent. Both floors were very clean. Proximity to grocery store, Lido Island shopping and restaurants and of course the beach was perfect. Sara from Burr White was excellent, answering all our questions promptly before and after our stay.
