Yukon Territory - 3 Bedroom in Olympic Valley
This dog friendly, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, home with a hot tub in Olympic Valley is the perfect place to unwind any time of year! Winter and summer provide a host of activities and places to easily go to from this terrific location. The house is only 1.5 miles from Palisades Tahoe for all your fun and that is just the start. Dining, shopping, Nordic skiing, biking, hiking, golf; the list goes on and on!
As you walk into the house you enter the main living and gathering area. The kitchen, dining table and living room area are all adjacent to each other making this room a great gathering zone. The living room has high wood ceilings that give it a spacious feel with beautiful wooden ceilings. The living area has a leather couch, love seat, and chair, area rugs, tables and wood flooring. It can easily seat your group so everyone can enjoy the wood burning fireplace and the TV above it. The windows fill the room with natural light that helps you enjoy the day.
There is a large deck that wraps around the front corner of the house with lots of comfortable seating options in the summer, tables, a gas grill, and a hot tub! This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood so we ask that you please keep the noise down while your enjoying yourself outside on the deck.
The Kitchen is stocked with great amenities for all your meals. White quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, gas range stove, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster are there to help. The coffee maker and crockpot set you up for success!
The dining table seats six and there are two more seats at the breakfast bar.
Down the hall are the three bedrooms and baths. Bedroom number one is the bunk room with a queen bed topped by a full bunk. Bedrooms number two is the Primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite full bathroom. Bedroom number 3 also has a king bed. The second bath is here in the hallway with a shower only. Both king bedrooms have flat screen TVs in the room.
The beauty of this location in the winter months is that you are only 1.5 miles from Palisades Tahoe for world-class skiing and riding. If you are not much of a downhill skiing enthusiast, you are near the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.
This house allows for the best of all worlds with easy access to great Tahoe activities in all seasons. A great spot to make vacation memories for years to come!

PROPERTY NOTES
* There is an exterior camera in the driveway.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months. Even if it has not snowed recently, there could be still snow or ice on the neighborhood roads or in the driveway. In the summer the driveway can fit 4 cars, but in the winter the plowing may only allow for 2 cars. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling between November and May or if it has been snowing. There is no garage parking at the property.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* Standard J1772 EV charger is available for guest use.
* Main entrance to the house is up a flight of stairs. Once inside, everything is on one level except the laundry. The laundry is downstairs in the basement that you will need to go outside to access.
* If you are bringing a dog, there is a $75 pet fee per pet, up to two pets allowed.
* Firewood is not provided and can be purchased at most local stores.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Secure the hot tub cover closed.
Leave hot ashes in the fireplace or secure them in the metal ash bucket.
Set heat to 55 degrees in the winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
