Sibling Get Away

My sister and I needed to escape the Florida heat and enjoy the Smokey Mountains. It was fantastic! The cabin and host were perfect!

Overall the cabin was very clean and very inviting, especially the fireplace and Christmas decorations. We brought most of our food and utilized the well stocked kitchen to cook each day. I brought wood and had a fire every night, which was perfect. The wifi worked without issue as did the streaming services on the tv. The downstairs mattress was very comfortable, the heat and hot water worked great which made our stay that much more relaxing and worry free. We brought the dog and enjoyed a little hiking around the cabin on the hillside for walks and sniffs. Note that the bbq is charcoal, so if you are planning to grill be sure to bring brickets. Also, the coffee maker is a Keurig, so be sure to pack/purchase accordingly. Finally, the host isnt kidding when they state that the driveway is steep. If there is any snow or ice accumulation it is mandatory to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle at a minimum.Overall the host was very easy to communicate with and made our visit a breeze. Thanks again for a great stay.

Simply Amazing!!!

This was absolutely, the BEST cabin experience we have EVER had. The moment we came around the curve of the driveway and saw it, we knew it was going to be perfect. The lot is beautiful, with a gorgeous mountain view from the dining room. We were VERY impressed with how clean and inviting and well maintained the home was. It was impressively equipped as well. Sometimes at stays like this, you get a jumble of hand me down cooking utensils and silverware and such, which is all well and good, but here, all the cookware, and place settings were very nice and very good quality. It made it feel like home and enticed us to want to prepare meals instead of trying to find a place to eat out or just snack. The interior was just beautiful and flawless and literally had everything we needed. We were so impressed with all the fun activities that were available for young children. The home was very well stocked with fun games to play as well as a load of legos and other toys tucked away in the ottoman for them to discover. It was like a fun little treasure hunt exploring for all the hidden goodies! There were plenty of linens and bedding for everyone. There is so much more we could say about how great our stay was, but just know that it left a lasting impression on us and was absolutely the BEST experience we have ever had. We will DEFINITELY be booking again. Thank you so much for the memories.
