Welcome to our centrally located pool home where you'll enjoy your own private heated swimming pool and beautiful backyard while you barbeque. If the weather drives you inside you'll have so much fun enjoying the pool table, foosball, and large Tic Tac Toe board. If boardgames and cards are your thing we have those too. And thanks to the walkway behind the house you're only a short 5 minute walk to the center of town or a 15 minute walk to the London Bridge. Even faster on bikes.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We ask that all Ac units are turned off
Any and all pool toys are deflated and stored back in the bin.
Garage door remote, outside TV remote and gate key are returned to the center island.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have a beautiful walking trail for a 5 minute walk to McCulloch Blvd or 15 minutes to the London Bridge. Our home has plenty of room for the whole family. Everything you came to Lake Havasu to see will literally be at your finger tips.
