The Space
Our cozy property features a bright, welcoming living room with stylish décor and comfortable seating. Each bedroom is carefully curated for restful sleep, and the newly renovated bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower.

Step outside to enjoy our serene new backyard—now complete with a hot tub, two louvered pergolas for shade and comfort, and a privacy fence for your own secluded getaway. Whether you’re sipping wine under the pergola or gathering around the fire pit, this is your personal slice of Fredericksburg tranquility.

You’ll also have access to a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the essentials you need for a convenient, comfortable stay.

Guest Access
Welcome to Mulberry House! You'll have full access to the entire home during your stay, with the exception of a utility closet off the living room and a small storage cabinet in the laundry room reserved for personal items. If you have any questions or need anything at all, we’re always happy to help.

Our stay at the Mulberry House was great! We were in town to celebrate our nephew's birthday and everyone had such a good time. House was clean, everything worked as expected and appreciates the nice touches like easy to access outlets by the beds, plenty of gas for the grill and firepit, and plenty of coffee. We absolutely would stay again.

Lovely girls weekend

My friends and I had a lovely girls weekend at the Mulberry house! The house is so cute and inviting. The hot tub was so relaxing and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. It was the prefect place to stay for our little get away!

This was the perfect home away from home. Very close and convenient location from Main Street and local vineyards. We would definitely recommend for anyone wants a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Unfortunately our stay was short and we weren’t able to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit, but it would nice to have the option at an affordable price. Thank you!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals. I appreciated the Britta filter in the fridge. We were not able to turn the hot tub on sadly! We tried communicating about it but although the property manager tried to help, we weren't able to turn it on. The fire pit and patio were lovely.

The super cute home, was extremely welcoming, clean and in a great neighborhood. This house has a beautiful back yard, plenty of room on the interior. I loved how close it is to town but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. I give this property a 10/10

Birthday weekend

This weekend I celebrated my 54th birthday with my 2 sons and their spouses. The house and location was perfect. My youngest son and daughter in law are ready to move to Fredericksburg after our stay. Beautiful home and town. Can't wait to go back.

Must stay! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable!

We loved our stay here and would 100% come back! Every detail was thought of, from the beautiful decor to the super comfortable memory foam mattresses. We loved using the fire pit. Property manager was responsive with timely communication as needed. Great location too, 3 min drive from Main Street shopping and less than 20 from scenic Enchanted Rock. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a blast! Close to Main St and wineries! Checkin is 3PM however we couldn’t check in until 4PM, had to wait in the driveway until the code was enable to go in. Other than that, we would visit again! Thank you James for your hospitality!

This house was absolutely adorable and so thoughtfully decorated. The layout was fantastic, and it truly had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.It’s the little touches that elevate a place from “nice” to “we never want to leave” and this home nailed them. Having coffee ready to go, beautiful dishes, cozy and stylish furniture, and high end toiletries made it feel special and a bit indulgent in the best way. It created such a welcoming, almost boutique hotel vibe, and we were always happy to come back and settle in each evening.The location was perfect too, super close to everything we wanted to explore in Fredericksburg. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!
