2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.

5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

I really loved the area! The unit was clean and as pictured. The pool and beach were amazing! The only downfall was our Wi-Fi went out for three days. We called all three days and no one ever came out to help us fix it.

Nice place but not very clean

Location was great! Bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned. Floors and dishwasher were disgusting. Kitchen needs some serious cleaning.

It would have been nice to know the building was under construction before booking, internet very spotty. Right in front of the pool so can be loud. Showers had some mold that was cleaned up on our last day. Overall not bad, but would not stay at property again for price offered
