This home has an open floor plan, the spacious living room is the perfect spot to gather with your loved ones, with comfortable seating and a large smart TV. The adjacent dining area can accommodate up to 6 guests and leads to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.

Step outside onto the large covered deck off of the living room, which features additional seating and is the perfect spot to relax and take in the island breeze. This home also has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Fripp Island Guest Cards are available with the house but not included. Fripp Island Resort's club cards allow guests to use the tennis facilities, golf courses, pools, rent and water crafts, and use the restaurants on the island. Each guest over the age of 12 must purchase and have in their possession an amenity card to use the resort facilities. The current cost for guest amenity cards is as follows: Memorial Day-Labor Day: $50/person (4-7 day), $35/person (1-4 day); Fall, Winter, and Spring: $35/person (4-7 day), $25/person (1-4 day).
If you opt to purchase amenity cards, a 12.8% resort fee will be added to your reservation. This resort fee will only be added if you choose to add amenity cards.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property. No large groups and no parties!
