The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking. Your group can spread out in the ample living and dining spaces in this open concept floor plan. Luxuriate in the library or on one of the outdoor patio spaces. There's always a sunny one and a shady one so take your pick, relax, and enjoy the views!

This quiet, rural setting feels isolated but is only a quick drive to all the vibrant goings-on of Salida: shops and galleries, restaurants and bars, river sports, hot springs, music festivals and a farmer's market every week throughout the summer... too much to list!
Monarch Ski Area is just 20 miles away. Hiking and mountain biking trails can be found amply in every direction from the house, and we'll have info on those trails in our guestbook for you, along with info about lots of other things to do in the area.
The entire house is yours throughout your stay! The "lawn" is a natural desert landscape, so it complements the views perfectly but isn't intended for walking barefoot on.
The garage will be locked off, as it contains the owners' stored items, but you'll find ample parking in front of the home.

Awesome stay!

An amazing place, very cozy house! It had all the amenities you need and it was very clean, very good location, close to salida and to monarch ski resort, we would love to stay here again. The owner also always respond and everything good!

Fantastic place

This place was roomy, clean and extremely comfy to hang with friends and family. The sunrise and set in high desert surraunded by the mountains was magical and space was very nice to spend time! Thank you
