We have been visiting Florida for nearly 20 years, always using villa’s for our accommodation needs and we can absolutely say this villa has proved to be our absolute favourite.The villa is spotless, has a fabulous pool deck and all modern appliances and facilities - it has been a fantastic base for us with a great location and privacy at the same time.Paul from the property management company was extremely efficient and responsive and is a true asset.We would recommend this villa wholeheartedly and VRBO once again has provided outstanding service.

Pictures do no justice to how beautiful the home is…Location of the home was wonderful and convenient to the major expressways. The privacy of the backyard was superb with the occasional golfers during the day but it wasn’t a bother. Home was very clean upon arrival and Paul was very quick to get back to me in regards to any issue or question I had.

Amazing villa

This villa is exactly as it looks in the picture. Modern, clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Paul even put up a Christmas tree for our arrival. Massive master suite and 2 additional bathrooms . 3 more good sized bedrooms. Open plan living dining area with lovely sitting area in the hallway. A little starter pack is left with washing up liquid, hand soap and tea/coffee. Beautiful pool area which was heated for an extra fee. Pool looks onto golf course. Close to highway 27 where there is a publix and Walmart. Lots of takeaways too. 30 mins to Disney and 50 to Universal. 1hr 20 to NASA or beach. We will definitely return to this villa.
