The kitchen was equipped with the essentials for simple eating. The air conditioner was amazing and we were very comfortable. The showers were clean with good water pressure and plenty of warm water. The beds were very comfortable. The host was amazing and solved a small issue immediately and with kindness. She was prompt in every communication. We would return to this house again.

Could have used more regular(non plastic) glasses. Minimal dishes for 4 people, had to keep washing them. Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Otherwise beds are comfortable, could have used a blanket instead of heavy duvet. Pool was awesome, 1/2 mile away.

We had a great time staying here! The home itself was exactly as pictured with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and well equipped for short or longer term stays. The community is quiet and the pool was an amazing oaisis for our family. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities makes this an ideal place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great place but has limitations

Place was great but we didn’t know what limited rental meant. It mentioned bringing your own supply of somethings but not specified. I wasn’t expecting there would be no ziplocks, Saran Wrap, foil, or parchment paper and some cooking utensils, limited kitchen towel, 1 laundry pod was supposed to be given for 1 load of laundry (which there wasn’t 1 for me). We were a family of 7 and 1 load wouldn’t have worked so bring your own laundry detergent. The vacuum didn’t work well but they had a broom. There was a little park down the street but was boring for my kids ages 12-2. If you walk further to the clubhouse, that playground was much better for all m kids. Plus, there’s a nice big pool. We used the pool at night. I couldn’t find the hot tub but it was dark and I didn’t walk all the way around. Sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable plus the pullout part was broke. We had to layer 3 thick blankets for it to be somewhat comfortable. There’s no backyard but we knew that and we didn’t think we needed one but now we know my family personally needs one. Bedrooms were great, friendly neighborhood with lots of people walking their kids and pets. Host communicated quickly.
