The Razorback Rose: Walk to Baum/Razorback Stadium & Tsa La Gi Bike Park & Trail

The Razorback Rose is perfect for sports lovers or visitors to UofA. It sleeps up to 7 people and is walkable to the UofA campus, is a 15 min walk to Baum-Walker Stadium, and the Tsa La Gi Bike Park and trail are steps from the back door.


Our 3-story townhouse features an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, (3) bedrooms/(2.5) baths, a dedicated desk area, and a back deck overlooking the Tsa La Gi Bike Park and trail. We have Smart TV’s in the living room and in each of the bedrooms.
You will have the entire townhouse to yourself. This townhome is a duplex and has a shared wall with another townhome. Please note that this is a 3-story townhouse. The garage is located on the 1st floor. There are 14 steps up to the main living area on the 2nd floor, and another 17 steps to the bedrooms which are all located on the 3rd floor.

Razorback Rose is the Real Deal

The property is exactly as described in the online listing. The entire duplex was immaculate - by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Every corner was clean, bright, and dust free. Beds are adequate, towels very nice. Kitchen well stocked for anything from a quick breakfast to full family meal. High quality washer and dryer available (did not use). Located convenient to the campus, about a 20 minute walk to football stadium. Several restaurants on MLK and close to downtown - must try the Farmer's market and shops on Saturday mornings. Thanks to the owners for a great stay and we will return next year.
