Hi,this place was awesome and supper clean! the pool & hot tub were great, (its a pity that the weather was rainy for the first 2-3 days), host was very helpful. GIVE IT A 5 STAR!!

Place was overall great and a comfortable experience. However it could have been much cleaner as we found garbage under the couch and someones fake nail out on the porch. The hot tub was the highlight of the stay and we would still look into visiting again in the future!

Photos of this property are very misleading. Folding table to be used for dining table was broken. Refrigerator did not work properly (host stated 24 hours) for it to be ready for use and keep food safe. Hot tub did not heat properly (we visited Late July). Atari did not work in the game room. Refrigerator is not in the kitchen, it is tucked away under the stair case. Four members of my party hit their head in the stair case. The upstairs balcony has a large area where the wood was disintegrating. Fireplace below television did not work. And the list goes on. Many things need to be replaced. Would recommend many repairs.

Wonderful Stay!

A great location for skiing and restaurants. The house is very clean and cozy! The house was prefect for our weekend girls trip. The hot tub was the best part!

There were numerous cleanliness andmaintenance issues throughout our stay.A dead mouse was visible in a vent.The air conditioners contained mold and were improperly sealed, leaving a 1–2" gap to the outside.The wooden boards above the air conditioners were also not sealed, allowing rainwater to leak onto the bedduring a storm.The yard was overgrown with prickly weeds.The beds and couch were uncomfortable, and one bed lacked proper support creaked loudly and sagged.Light switches, fixtures, and an exterior vent were dirty.Large cobwebs covered the outdoor furniture, and additional cobwebs were present on the floors when we arrived. We reported these issues to the host on Friday but was reportedly unavailable until the nextbusiness day despite our weekend booking.We did not receive a response until the following Wednesday.Host was not available during the entirety of our stay. When he was available he noted all concerns above were “normal wear and tear.” The host then requested a phone call but was rude repeatedly talked over me and hung up on me.He also claimed he had offered to send someone to clean the home which was untrue and contradicted by our communications.

Fun in the Sun

This was a fantastic place for a trip of 10 friends. There was so much to do at the house we didn't need to go anywhere. The hot tub, pool and Game area were well used. The host was very flexible and attentive. Had an awesome time and hopefully will be back!!

Summer at Hunter Mountain

What a delightful spot! We did a girls trip for a 35th birthday and had a wonderful time. Hot tub and pool were A+, house was very cute and the location was really great - just a short walk into town, which was also adorable. Host was very attentive and able to resolve the one issue we had, making for an all around fantastic stay. 10/10 we would love to come back during the winter!!

Nice Catskills Getaway

Conveniently located near Hunter as well as local restaurants and shopping. Cute house with 4 bedrooms. Small living room and no dishwasher. Hot tub was very nice at end of day. Fenced in yard nice for dog too!

Upstate Fall Weekend Getaway

Perfect location, 6 min drive to Hunter Mtn, and Dollar General right next door for any of your needs. Down the block from Tannersville town l. The house was clean and clearly newly constructed. Hot tub worked perfectly, beds were comfy & pool room was the best hangout spot. Fenced in property gave the security you sometimes dont get in an upstate house. We had the best time and look forward to coming back in the future.

House was clean, location was great close to Hunter and restaurants you can walk to dollar general if you forget something. Hot tub was on and hot which was great. House itself is a very strange layout and just has a lot of odd finishes. For example, ceiling fan with now blades in the living room, laundry through a tiny door in one of the downstairs bathroomsCould you use some more finishes. For example blinds or window coverings in the upstairs bathroom or on sliding doors on second floor. Could also use some more hooks to hang things in rooms and bathrooms. (out of the hot tub could use some places to hang towels.) Host was attentive and checked in and offered any help and we had a good time. Wasn't bad, but not a 5 star stay.

Not the best

Check in instructions could have been a little more clear. Took me a while to find the lock box, after calling the property manager who seemed annoyed I was even calling. Cleanliness was a little lacking. Bathrooms, kitchen, yard, etc.. Having the fenced in yard was nice for the pets though.

We had a great stay at this pet friendly & air conditioned property! While there were a few minor issues, I trust the host will most likely be taking care of them! This house had 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 upstairs & 2 downstairs & a full bathroom on each floor. It has a great fenced in yard where we got to enjoy the pool & hot tub! There a some great hang out areas here too! A separate game room & a front deck area & back covered deck area which is where we ate all of our meals & played nightly games. We did recommend keeping the screens installed as we had some beautiful nights and wanted to be able to enjoy the fresh mountain air. We will be back!
