Spring break

The property was just as listed! It is literally 5 minutes away from the ferry, 8 minutes from downtown and about 5 minutes from the beach! Location was perfect! We traveled to San Antonio and Houston. Easy access to highway! Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood quiet. The beds were comfortable. Thank you for the snacks! The only thing that needs to be improved is the bath towels, they need to be updated as they are thin. Also, curtains on the doors in the bedrooms would be great as the light from them are bright.

Perfect location for cruise ship trip

Everything was great. Excellent communication, the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We stayed 2 nights prior to our cruise. We walked to the beach which was about a mile or so. Easy to walk to grocery store, liquor store, restaurants. Comfortable beds; overall an excellent experience.

Bad Stay

I can say location worked for us, place was clean, check in was easy and when contacting owner was quickly answered. The bad news: new microwave in box in kitchen and handle broken off existing one. One of the toilets backed up first night. Hot water quit working after 2 showers. Plumber was notified and arrived in timely manner but we could not go anywhere until he was done. Plumber said items fixed. Next day before one shower completed, hot water went out again. Upon contacting owner he advised waiting to hear from plumber. I advised we were leaving and would not be there. Owner wanted to know if he could give my number to plumber to coordinate when we would return. We were there for Mardi Gras and would not be in till late. Three of us boiled some water and used it to clean up with. Our friends left Sunday morning as they had to leave. There was a note by TV stating Netflix, Peacock, and Prime. Peacock showed I would have to pay. After finding something on Netflix I could not get sound to work. We were going to stay till Monday but due to all the issues we left Sunday afternoon. I did receive a partial refund which I did appreciate but it was the worst stay in Galveston I've ever had.

Great stay if going on a cruise ship

We needed a place to stay in preparation for a cruise we were taking. This place was perfect as it had all the accommodations of home and is a “Stones Throw” from the our Cruise Ship Terminal. Even if you are planning a vacation it’s a great place to stay which is not far from the “Strand” and the Beach. The Host were wonderful in getting back to us with answers to questions.
