Sunset Beach is a delightful beachfront community located in Treasure Island, Florida, just steps from the Gulf of Mexico. This cute ground floor/one level /one bedroom/one bath cottage is newly renovated and offers a well equipped kitchen and living area. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. Each room has its own smart tv, a 55 inch tv in the living area and 2nd tv mounted in the bedroom. Unlike many beach properties, this cottage has its own brand new LG Tower washer/dryer for your convenience. The full kitchen is equipped with cookware , microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The cottage also offers a semi-private courtyard with BBQ grill. A dedicated parking space just steps from the front door and additional parking is across the street with a city pass. Relaxing days and sunsets at the beach are just steps away. Also within walking distance, fun and dining at Caddy's on the Beach, Kai Tiki and Taco Bus. Other fine dining and shopping are nearby . Located within 10 miles of exciting downtown St. Petersburg and 30 miles to Tampa Bay River Walk. This is truly Paradise.

Paradise at Sunset Beach

Our stay at Paradise at Sunset Beach was fantastic. The condo was very clean, neat, well stocked and located just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and Treasure Island restaurants and attractions. Excellent and prompt communication with our property host. We are so very pleased and will be making future plans to stay at Paradise at Sunset Beach.

It is a very nice place to stay few steps to the beach, friendly neighbors just all around nice little cottages for a couple or single person.

This was the perfect space for my teen daughter and I to spend a handful of days at the beach! Location was an incredibly convenient walk to the beach, the cottage was adorable, very clean, and stocked with everything we needed from laundry supplies to cooking tools to toiletries to beach chairs and towels. It was also great having a dedicated parking space. We lived the location which was quiet enough to feel relaxed but close enough to a grocery store, restaurants/bars, and entertainment. Communication from the host was proactive, timely, and the explanation for check in, using the space, and departure was very clear. Would absolutely return!
