Modest Accommodation

I choose this property primarily for the low price. We arrived late and left early as we were passing through. Owner communication was great and there were lots of “extra” touches that showed the owner wanted to provide a high quality experience. There were some cleanliness issues with the furnace filter and under bed areas, but cleaning products were available to address it, and the owner took responsibility for the oversight. The bed mattresses and pillows were very worn out but appeared clean and served the purpose for a quick lay over. Overall apartment complex and the apartment had a bit of a smell like someone was using weed nearby or in it. Overall it met our needs and was inexpensive so really didn’t expect much.

Good for a quick layover while road tripping.

Rental was mostly clean but very bare - minimal dishes/kitchen wares, sparsely decorated, pillows/mattresses were on the cheaper side for sure. All in all, we just needed a place to crash so it served our purpose - fairly easy to find and close to the freeways in Louisville.
