Please note: SERVICE ACCESS: Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, fitness facility, bonfires and bike rentals are not available to private renters. Pools and hot tub are accessible.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The listing is very accurate and the property manager was good with communication. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

The place is gorgeous. The owners have first class taste in how the unit is decorated. The location is perfect. Since this is a private rental, there are very few amenities. No spa treatments, gym, bonfires, rides to the beach, beach towels etc. We were okay with this because we love seascape and the price is reasonable. To be well balanced, check in at the property manager’s office was difficult (she was super nice), directions and rental agreement were confusing and checkout instructions were draconian. We had to buy our own Kleenex, napkins, and laundry items. The biggest flaws were the noise level from upstairs and the quality of the bed in the second bedroom.I would bring ear plugs next time. But, the place is gorgeous.

Well maintained house in a beautiful community

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at seascape community. The house was clean and well maintained. We loved this floorplan better than other houses we have stayed previously in the same community.

Beautiful Unit -- Property Management Lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit #6 we stayed in at Seascape was beautiful and well equipped. Very nice and relaxing.Bailey Management on the other hand was definitely lagging. There were only 6 hangars in the closets (total). There was an empty detergent bottle as well as an empty dryer sheet box so had to have our own laundry supplies. Were given too few towels and no pool or beach towels. On the last day, as we were doing laundry found the empty bottles (as mentioned above) but also found several bath rugs sitting in the dryer leaving us wondering how housecleaning is actually done. Also note, that the pool is just below the unit and can be noisy. Plus renting through this management company does not allow for any of the resort's amenities except pools and hot tubs. Next time we will go through the resort directly to take advantage of more services.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo in a great location. Noise from upstairs was sometime annoying. A few more towels and a box of plastic Saran wrap would have made it a more perfect stay. However, overall, it wat wonderful!
