Lots of sunlight. Private cul-de-sac street with ample parking on street. Very quiet and private. Perfect for students, writers or for those who want peaceful and quiet living.

Details:
- 440 sq. ft. with private entrance, attached to main house garage.
- Living area includes: Smart TV with HULU, entertainment wall unit which separates the living and sleeping areas, sofa, dining table for two, desk and chair.
- Sleeping area includes: queen size bed, dressers, and two wardrobe closets.
- Kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, stainless steel sink, microwave, Ninja mini double convection oven, electric cooktop, drip coffee maker, dishes, bowls, glasses, utensils, pots/pans.
- Bathroom: 3/4 bathroom with tiled shower and floors, granite vanity, lots of storage.
- Hardwood floors, tiled kitchen and bathroom.
- All utilities included (electric, water, internet).
- $150 cleaning fee.
- Sorry no pets or smokers.
- Sound and noise travels throughout the hills, so we ask our guests to be courteous of the noise levels.

Best place to stay in LA

Everything was amazing, and the view was even more spectacular in person! The place has everything needed for a long term stay. The neighborhood is perfect for runs and many nearby hikes. Great central location close to downtown and noho (universal), and a short drive to just about everything in LA.

Fantastic--couldn't have been better!

This place is amazing! From the location (close to restaurants, shops and the incredible Griffith Park) to the space itself with lots of storage room, comfy bed, excellent wifi; the kitchen is equipped with every utensil and cooking option you'll need, the balcony view is beautiful...and then there is the host who is friendly and easy-going; she is always available and quick to respond; very helpful with local knowledge. I highly recommend this place! Great location for CHLA travelers, too!
