We still have openings in May and June of '24! Fabulous Compound featuring a chic and sun splashed large 4 bedroom house surrounded by 4 charming and fully stocked cottages with all amenities! This compound is oh so close to all Newport has to offer, but still private enough to host your group in a wonderful, self contained setting. Close to beaches and Newport! It doesn't get much better than this! Very unique and serene property. This compound consists of:
Dahlia House which is newly renovated with colorful furnishings and spans 3 levels. Modern touches and and entertainers kitchen with dining for 12-14! SONAS speaker system installed, fire pit and pool table! Perfect main hub for all gatherings! Large fenced yard with upstairs wraparound deck and seating for eight. Also seating on the first floor patio area.
Poppy Cottage is a modern and large 1 bedroom with fabulous spa like bathroom. Also has a large stainless steel kitchen which opens up to livingroom! Fenced yard and outdoor dining table
Posie Cottage is a wonderful 2 bedroom cottage with charm and a modern kitchen! Darling and sweet! Lovely Parisian patio!
Periwinkle Cottage is a delightful oversized 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with the bedrooms on the opposite ends for some privacy. There is also a diningroom which can be closed off for working if needed. Cool deck off the livingroom.
Peoney Cottage is a sweet and sunny 1 bedroom cottage with a backyard patio.
Please note that all units have AC mini splits, except for the Peoney Cottage which has window AC units. All units are equipped with gas grills, laundry, parking, beach chairs, and beach towels.
This is a very unique property and you will not find too many that can house the amount of guest that this can! Private, close to beaches, and close to Newport!! Ok to host a gathering, but please discuss with owner beforehand. Pets are welcome with additional fee.

Above and Beyond Expectation

Not only is the property better than expected, but Lisa as a host made our stay easy and enjoyable with her responsiveness and openness of her property. The location is close to everything you'd want to do in Newport, while secluded enough to enjoy the space of the property. I will start with Lisa next time I have a large group going to Newport.

Family reunion

Overall, this place was wonderful. Having the cottages close by were very convenient. We had a great time. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog to run. We did feel that when we were outside, there was not much outdoor furniture even after bringing the chairs from each cottage. A few tables and some more folding chairs could make it even nicer. The outside tables and chairs and other were not clean.

We used to live in Newport and will eventually move back to the area upon retirement. We love this area and love to be close to family and friends! We decided to buy this property so we can host gatherings when we are in town. We hope you find it as unique and fun as we do!! Enjoy!!

Why they chose this property

We were lucky enough to be in the area when this wonderful property came on the market. Given the proximity to Indian Terr, the Beach and Newport, we decided to jump on it! We love how quiet and peaceful it is out here, yet still so close to all the action!

What makes this property unique

This is very unique and very hard to fine on Aquidneck Island! The ability to host large gatherings for family or friends while on the same property is ideal. You will also see that the yards are all decent sizes and each property functions individually. Every one of the cottages is self contained and has their own outdoor area, parking, laundry, AC, gas grills, beach chairs, and outdoor seating! The house is generally the hub for group dinners or smores at the fire pit!! You have a lovely small beach right down the road called "pebble beach" It's a great beach to walk to in the morning or sunset, but not a swimming beach. Third and Second Beach are a mile down the road and we often ride bikes there. If operational there are bikes for your use (usually4-6) Feel free to bring yours if you love to ride!
