The property was great! Check in was easy and contact with the host was even easier. She was very responsive with any questions we had! A great place to kick back and enjoy the amazing weather. The fishing was also pretty good right off of the dock.We would highly recommend and look forward to another stay!!

We had a wonderful vacation, the home was clean, it had many features - amazing heated pool that we enjoyed and used everyday, 4 kayaks with lifevests, firepit that we sat around everyday and enjoyed watching the boats on the canal, the beach area, grill, so many amenities.The host was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to our questions. Easy check in and check out process.We drove to honeymoon beach for the day, stopped at tarpon springs, visited weechi wachi springs but mostly hung out at the home and enjoyed some very much needed family time without work & phones

Great visit

Property was as described, enjoyed our time in Hernando Beach. Boys fished off the floating dock, wife hung out on the nice beach area. House was well equipped and stocked, would stay again.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay. The white sand play area was our favorite. The fire pit, pool, and dock for dining ere the icing on the cake. We’ll be back.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's rental in Hernando Beach! The location and amenities right on the canal gave us so many fun things to do. The heated pool truly was heated and we spent hours relaxing and enjoying floating around. We took kayaks out multiple times and explored the canals and mangrove swamps! Some of our party fished from the dock and caught a variety of species. The lawn furniture and the setting all helped make it very enjoyable! We also used the grill a couple of times and enjoyed that.The layout of the house was great with the kitchen and dining room facing the canal and lots of windows letting in sunshine and beauty. The kitchen had everything we needed including a nice selection of spices for cooking. Overall, we definitely give it 5 stars. It was peaceful and beautiful and we hope to come back sometime!

Beautiful place to stay

Everything from booking through the weeks stay was perfect!! The listing is exactly what we got. Jennifer’s communication was prompt and even checked in occasionally to make sure everything was ok The property is maintained very well and you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We even got daily visits from all sorts of birds when fishing. The pool was cleaned during our stay and the water temperature was perfect.Highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!!

We had the best time on our family vacation. The property owner was incredibly easy to work with. She quickly answered any questions we had. Check in was extremely easy. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. My lil boy enjoyed fishing from sun up to sun down. I enjoyed the pool while my guys fished. We enjoyed a fishing/scalloping trip with Hernando Beach charters and kayaked the beautiful Weeki Wachee river. We went antique shopping in Hudson. The location of this property is perfect as it’s so close to so many fun things!

July 4th Scalloping Weekend 2025

Our group had a great stay over the fourth of July holiday weekend. The host was very accommodating and was willing to let us park our vehicles at the house prior to check in time and access to the dock so we could go out scalloping for the day. We didn't end up going out our first day and really appreciated the early access. The home is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable for our group of 5. The location is fantastic. I love watching the shrimp boats go out every evening. The host was very responsive to all communications. It is a great place to stay on the main channel in Hernando Beach.

New Years getaway

Great little getaway from home. Our two kids loved playing in the sand, swimming in the heated pool, and fishing off the dock. You really don't ever need to leave the house because it has everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jennifer instantly responded to our inquiries and we would definitely recommend a stay here. We brought our boat and the dock is a straight shot from the public ramp. Super convenient and a bait and tackle shop about a quarter mile from there. We didn't even go into town except for groceries the first day. Cooked out on the grill and sat by the fire pit. Enjoyed the private pool every day. Ate out once about five minutes from the place. Caught plenty of fish just casting from the dock and made a few runs out into the Gulf of America as well. Outstanding vacation!!

This property and the host was everything we wanted for our anniversary. Coming from Alaska October were it had all ready snowed was a necessary break. The temperatures were in the 80s during the day and 70s at night. The serene views were peaceful and the available amenities were fantastic. The pool stayed a comfortable temperature, fishing from the dock was enjoyable and relaxing. The house is a cozy 3 bdrm that comfortably sleeps 6 adults and all the appliances are in near new condition. The mattresses were comfortable, the supplied hygiene products met.our needs. The host was phenomenal, when the internet was working a quick message and she responded immediately and we were able to fix it. The location was great, all your basic necessities are with a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend the local coffee shop and lazy lizard bar and grill. I cant say enough amount this house and the host. I would highly recommended.

Relaxing Peaceful Waterfront Oasis

Jennifer was a wonderful host, we couldn’t have asked for better. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the outdoor space. We loved everything about this property, the private pool, fishing from the dock, making s’mores and watching sunsets. We were lucky enough to have some dolphins visit, that was pretty cool! Many memories were made, and I have to say this was one of our favorite vacations yet. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and as pictured. They provided us with ample towels and all the supplies we needed for a real 'home away from home' experience. The peaceful atmosphere and the view of boats sailing by added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay. Jennifer, our host, was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond whenever we had any questions or issues. Our kids absolutely loved fishing daily on the dock and making s’mores in the firepit as we watched the sunset. This was the perfect staycation for our family, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and make great memories together!

It was pure enjoyment. Sitting on the patio watching the boats go by was delightful. Kayaking in the mangroves was the most serene incredibly clear water/birds/fish to experience. The dining room was especially nice to look out toward the canal. Would definitely rent here again.

Loved, loved, loved this house. It was in such a great area of the canal as we watched the boats go in and out. Due to the weather we didn’t get to use the pool except once, . but it heats beautifully. Kayaks are readily available. The porch chairs are nice and comfy along with two comfortable lounges to soak up the sun. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us inside the house. The beds were comfortable. Would recommend highly. Hope to get back soon. Jennifer is very quick to respond if you have any questions.
