Welcome to the Holman Street Townhome by the Bay! Enjoy the essence of the Pacific Northwest with forests, mountains and water closeby while also being near the freeways. This townhome is just up the hill from the adorable Downtown Shelton area, minutes to Hoodsport and Olympia, and just an hour away from the Olympic National Park. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook all meals, and there is a washer and dryer in the laundry room to make sure everything is clean after all your adventures.

Downstairs there is a cozy living room with plush carpets and kitchen/dining area with gorgeous hardwood floors. The kitchen has a Ninja Dual Brew coffee maker, air fryer/toaster oven combo, microwave, gas stove and full sized refrigerator. Perfect for cooking anything instead of having to eat out all the time! There is a fully fenced back yard with deck off the dining area. Upstairs features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. The full bathroom with tub/shower combo and laundry room with full washer and dryer are also both upstairs for your convenience.

Don't forget to check out Christmastown during the Holiday Season or the Shellfish Farms nearby!
