This wellness-focused home comfortably accommodates up to 4 adult guests in two thoughtfully designed bedrooms:

• Primary Suite: King-size bed, vaulted ceilings, spa-inspired ensuite bathroom, and peaceful meadow views
• Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with stunning water views of Hammersley Inlet. This room includes a dedicated desk workspace, ideal for remote work, writing, or quiet reading.

Good to Know Before You Book
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be 25+ to book. A government-issued ID, signed rental agreement, and a refundable security deposit (up to $500) are required. The deposit is processed directly by the host.
• Spa, Landscaping, and Pest Control:
The hot tub is cleaned weekly, landscaping occurs bi-weekly, and pest control is scheduled monthly. We aim to avoid guest stays, but occasional overlap may happen.
• Train Noise: A train passes along the far back edge of the property. It moves slowly and does not use a horn, but some noise is possible during your stay.
• For safety and property security, motion-activated exterior-only cameras with audio are in use throughout the grounds. These are positioned to monitor entry points and outdoor areas (e.g., driveways, pathways, structures) on this large property.
• Wildlife Disclaimer: This rural setting includes deer, birds, and other wildlife. Seals, otters, and occasionally orcas have been spotted in the inlet. Please admire from a distance and do not feed wildlife.
• Sauna Guidelines: Please follow posted instructions. Do not leave it unattended. Use water carefully to avoid overheating the stones.
• Hot Tub Use: Please follow all posted safety instructions. Please shower before use, avoid lotions or oils, and always replace the cover when not in use to maintain cleanliness and temperature. No glass in or near the hot tub. Please treat this amenity with care to keep it clean and enjoyable.
• Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.
