• 2 private bedrooms on main level with Queen beds
• Full bathrooms on main level and downstairs
• 1 private downstairs space with a futon, private bathroom , French doors that lead to a small private patio
• Updated kitchen with island seating, gas stove, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave
• Bright living room with sectional couch and propane wood stove
• Large, fully enclosed three season porch with seating and dining space
• Outdoor deck
• Private well

• Fire put with Adirondack chairs
• Picnic table
• gas grill
• Green egg
• WiFi, smart TV
• use of two kayaks (stored on the beach)
Located minutes off of Exit 28 if I-87 and in close proximity to the town of Schroon-but not too far for a day trip to Lake Placid, Burlington, or even Montreal
