New, clean, well-stocked condo in a great location to Universal. Attentive staff. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, fun themed room. Would stay again!

Spotless

We were very impressed by how clean this place was. We had one little hiccup when we arrived and it was immediately taken care of. We would easily use this booking again.

The property was nice. The communication with the property owner was poor. I signed documents multiple times and they did not show I had and then didn’t receive my check in documents until calling 4 times

Perfect house for a Universal Studios Vacation!!

We had two families of five stay comfortably for a Universal studios vacation. The house was perfect and a short trip to the park. The owner is very easy to communicate with and quick to fix any issues you might have. We had a small issue and they had someone come at 10:00 at night to fix the issue. Very good customer service! We will definitely stay here again in the future
