Fantastic room and accommodations!! The view and atmosphere were phenomenal. The hidden gem of the week was the built-in ice maker in the kitchen. Would definitely come back and stay here.

The condo was very comfortable for a family of 5 and 1 infant. We loved the 2 balconies and the outdoor furnishings. The king bed in the master was extremely comfortable! The one negative was we only had 1 elevator to share with 26 floors.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Appliances and AC worked well. Elevator access was a bit slow.This was our third year staying here and had another great time.

The condo was beautiful and decorated nicely. The location was perfect and the view amazing. Housekeeping could have done a better job of getting the sand off the floors but that had nothing to do with the actual condo. There were games, puzzles and beach toys available to use as well.

We have stayed at Island Tower 2 other times on the east side, but we definitely liked this side, west/sunset, better. We also like staying up high for the views. We will definitely try to get this same unit again. We would suggest having a vacuum cleaner in the unit as we like to keep things clean while we're there. Yes, we know it's all tiled but we like to vacuum instead of sweeping. Plenty of seating in the LR, each bedroom has it's own bathroom, washer and dryer looked brand new. Ice in the stand-alone ice maker tasted like disinfectant, so we used that for our cooler. Great condo!

Great Place to Stay

It was great for the 5 of us. There is plenty of room and the views are great. Its been 16 years since I had been to Island Tower and it was everything I remembered. The location is the best part. Directly on beach and close enough to just about everything. Jessica was also very helpful before and during our stay.

10/10 unit - I have been vacationing in GS for over 35 years and this was definitely one of the best units we have visited! Love love loved it!! It’s clean, spacious, comfortable and perfectly located.Our only negative … the elevator situation isn’t great. 2 small elevators for the entire 25-floor building and 1 wasn’t working during 2 of our days. We waited upwards of 30 minutes to catch a ride both of those days. Stairs were an option, but rough since we were on the 20th floor. We were nervous about the 2nd one going down.

Ready to book again!

Property was great; great location, and amenities. Check in and check out process was simple. Loved the keyless entry, didn’t have to worry about keeping up with the key! One of the bedrooms was much warmer than others; other than that, we are ready to book for next year!

Excellent location and view

This place was everything we expected from the listing and we had a great time. Our only real drawback was that the floors were so dirty that if you took your shoes off your feet would be black with dirt almost immediately. The management was very communicative though and offered to steam mop immediately.

Amazing View!

We have been coming to Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach for 25 years and never have we experienced such an amazing view! The condo was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed and that included an ice machine! We could sit for hours and watch the gulf, sunset or nightlights view. We had a sensational trip and will be back! Thanks for the memories! The Edman Family!

This condo is fabulous. The pictures are very accurate. Each room having a bathroom is great. Washer/Dryer is so handy. The views are amazing. I will book again for sure. The property was very well run. The pools are clean, sauna was nice and beach access is amazing. I cannot say enough nice things. Property manager was responsive. We had no issues at all. BOOK IT!!!

Will Stay Here Again

The property was exactly as described. We arrived and had no issues with parking. Security guards were available and having the larger SUV park on the ground level. I did get a ticket put on my vehicle shortly after arrival but they removed it once I placed my parking pass on the car. The elevators were quick, pools were so nice to have, the indoor pool is much cooler. Property was clean and no issues were encountered. The access to the beach was so nice. We had a wonderful time and will book this property again. Booking agent was timely with any messages.

Nice experience

Everything was great, only two small issues. The t.v and satellite is the master bedroom didn't work,the t.v in the living room would only work from the roku remote, no satellite connection.
