The tiny home stay was perfect! The land and the home both were beautiful. My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful listening to the different animals while watching the stars at night.

The description and pictures of the property was 100% accurate. We loved how quiet and private it was. It was clean and had most of your needs right there. Being off grid was nice for a change. We would definitely stay again.
Perfect little home on a big plot of land. Beautiful days and nights and a great break from stress at work. We loved the outdoor shower system. I think our dog enjoyed the stay more than we did. Just don't touch the fence, that kinda hurt.
The inside of the house was really cute, and very clean. The location was great and the property was quiet and off the grid. I was pretty surprised by the bathroom. I wish there were pictures of the camping toilet and “shower”. I think it was pretty misleading in the description.

Firstly, they caused damage to the property and brought in a pet without permission, which they failed to disclose. We have several photos of the bathroom, including the toilet, and this information is clearly outlined both in our listing and in our welcome email. Over 400 families have stayed in this tiny house with no problems .
I stayed here on my motorcycle as I was riding the Blue Ridge Parkway down to Cherokee. The stay was pleasant and clean. Accurate pictures and wonderful area.
Simple but nice for the price. Would definitely stay again.

This property is close to Stone Mountain and relatively close to Elkin if needed.Their is agas operated shower in a bath house which was wonderful. The codes worked well to get in I love the tap light next to bed.The parking area was ample as I have a full sized pickup. Heard turkeys and saw other wildlife .Love the chair in the front and read and drank coffee. There is a water machine that gives you hot water or cold cold water out of the same machine. Well organized and well thought out!
Last minute trip that didn’t disappoint. The place was very clean and well decorated. If you can get over the bathroom situation, which was still pleasantly surprising; then this is a great spot for a night or two. Get back to the basics! I would definitely stay again!
The chemical toilet was leaking and the shower was a water hose connected to a rain barrel. There is no running water in the cabin that is really a shed with electricity. We left 8:00am on Saturday morning without a shower and grossed out by the urine on the floor of this outhouse that had a water hose for a shower.

I was quite surprised by your review, as the flooded bathroom floor was actually the result of you leaving the showerhead running, which caused water to overflow and spread across the floor—not due to urine as claimed. The shower's on/off switch had been left in the 'on' position. As soon as you reported the issue, we promptly responded and checked the unit to ensure there were no further problems.

The location was very good, close to Stone Mtn. and relatively close to Elkin. The photos showed a picture of a TV and a good selection of dvd’s.However, the TV wouldn’t work because there was no HDMI cord. What a disappointment when we had decided to watch a movie on one of our nights there. Also, we knew the shower was outside, but it would have been nice to have at least warm water. A cold shower isn’t the way we like to start our day. My husband braved it, but I had to pass. The cleanliness of the place was fair.

We wish you had let us know about the cold water in the shower. If you had, we could have explained that turning on the clearly marked on/off switch would have provided hot water.
Regarding your DVD player request, we checked and found that it is functioning properly, with all cables securely connected.
Delightful home to stay in. Just minutes from Stone Mountain and close to Doughton Recreation Area. So many thoughtful touches that make the stay just perfect. Enjoyed having some time to disconnect and enjoy the stars. A little slice of paradise! Highly recommend!
We had a fantastic time at the tiny house! The property is beautiful, the decor and lighting are super cute, and it's very well thought out. There's beautiful sunset views and amazing views of the stars!
Everything was perfect and just as listed. It was so quiet and peaceful. It really is a "stargazing" cabin, as the stars are amazing to look at when night comes. Would definitely recommend!
