This is a perfect little house for a couple, I think anything more than 2 people would feel very crowded, but for 2 of us it was perfect. The neighborhood (gated) is wonderful to walk, tons of trails, frisbee golf, a driving range, put put, and more. Not a mile up the road is a wonderful hiking trail if you're feeling more adventurous. Cashiers is a short but windy drive, good grocery store and a few cute restaurants. Lots to do in the area but requires a good bit of driving on windy roads if you have passengers prone to car sickness, keep in mind!

Cozy Cabin with Nice Views

This cabin was just right for our couple (and dog) week-long getaway from the Low Country Heat. It was comfortable and well-equipped and we loved the screen porch, where we spent a lot of time. The neighborhood is walkable and the people we met were friendly. It is walking distance from the Chinquapin amenities. We'll consider staying there again.

Clean little cabin

Very clean, comfortable cabin. We normally like something more private, this is sort of like being on a golf course, and the price seems high for the size, but because this was a last minute booking, choices were limited. However, the proximity to our favorite trailhead can’t be beat. Other than the Saturday night concert, it was pretty quiet, and it does have a view from the porch. The bed was comfy. We didn’t feel like any necessary items were missing. The mini golf was a fun surprise. We would consider a return visit. My only suggestion might be to remove a section of the huge sofa to make it easier to bring in suitcases and coolers. A one-bath cabin doesn’t need living room seating for thirteen.
