Located approximately 12 miles from Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, the home places your group within convenient reach of Orlando's world-famous attractions while providing 3,812 square feet of private living space to enjoy between adventures.

One of the home's biggest highlights is the southeast-facing private screened pool and spa. Start the day outdoors with coffee beside the water, take a refreshing swim before heading to the theme parks, return for an afternoon pool break, or plan a relaxing day at home when your group wants a slower-paced break from a busy Orlando itinerary.

The spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture create a comfortable outdoor gathering area for the entire group. After a full day at Walt Disney World, return home for an evening beside the pool and enjoy having your own private outdoor retreat just steps from the living area.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

When it's time to bring everyone indoors, the game room offers plenty of friendly competition with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball. Kids, teens, and adults can challenge each other to a tournament or enjoy an afternoon of games when the family wants some downtime away from Orlando's attractions.

Upstairs, the spacious loft provides another gathering area and is home to the large-screen TV. Having multiple entertainment spaces throughout the property makes a noticeable difference when traveling with a group of up to 20, allowing guests to spread out instead of everyone gathering in a single living area.

The 10-bedroom configuration is another standout feature for large families and multi-family vacations. Five king bedrooms provide excellent accommodations for adults and couples, including two king master suites conveniently located downstairs.

Upstairs, guests will find three additional king bedrooms, three queen bedrooms, and two bedrooms with two twin beds each. The home's original media room has been converted into two separate queen bedrooms with a wall dividing the spaces, adding even more sleeping flexibility for large groups.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals for the group. ChampionsGate Golf Club features two premier 18-hole championship courses designed by accomplished golfer and architect Greg Norman and is open to the public. The International Course is designed around scenic natural wetlands and features long carries, deep pot bunkers, tall grass-topped dunes, and large undulating greens. The National Course offers a classic Florida resort-style golf experience featuring naturally rolling Central Florida terrain, spring-fed lakes, bunker-protected fairways and greens, and smaller, challenging putting surfaces. This vacation home is fully equipped, furnished, and self-catering. An initial starter supply of essential items is provided, including toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one tall kitchen garbage bag.
