The Space:
Comfortable seating in the living area converts to a SLEEPER SOFA. Sleep comfortably in the KING BED, with Tempurpedic mattress dressed with high thread count linens. Plan your day over a cup of coffee or watch the morning news on the large screen TV with cable and wireless internet. After a day of exploring the city, enjoying festivals or eating the local fare, come back to relax in STUDIO 36's private courtyard with a cocktail in hand.

Studio 36 includes one off-street parking spot. The reserved parking spot is located in a parking lot approximately one block from Studio 36.
- Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
- Sofa bed available upon request. It is not included in the official bed count and is not advertised as a sleeping area. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary linens
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06873 and Business License BL039445-12-2024.
Guest Access:
Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, our team would be happy to assist.
In addition, for properties with gate or garage access, you will be given this access code on the day of your arrival as well.

Studio 36 is located in the heart of Downtown Charleston, which makes it easy to walk or bike to any of our local attractions/restaurants.
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just 2 blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.
Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property.
No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
Please note that there is a noise ordinance in this neighborhood after 10pm daily, so if you are enjoying yourself please stay inside and be considerate of the neighbors.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Great location and space for 2 people. The street noise can be loud at times and people above. Well stocked kitchen and amenities. The reserved parking spot was key for us so we didn’t have to worry about finding a parking spot.
Had a great stay. Closet accomodations were substandard but everything else was very nice. Didn’t use the patio due to weather but it was somewhat overgrown and would make a beautiful oasis if maintained. All this being said, I would return to 36 Morris if I were to schedule another trip to Charleston. Very walkable even for a 76-year-old lady seeing the sites. A grab bar in the shower would make me feel more secure.
I was an easy guest so I didn't need much, but the place was comfortable, good looking, and clean. It was a bit noisy from the late night kids on the street on Friday and Saturday but that's to be expected in that location
The condo was super cute and had everything we needed. They even had a sound machine and box fan which was amazing! The bed was also very comfortable! It was a great location, super close to everything. Instructions for parking were easy to follow. Highly recommend this property!
Host was responsive. I had asked if I could check in a little earlier than 4pm and there was no flexibility. I was told I couldn’t because it was getting cleaned (I had lunch near there and walked by unit and could see the cleaning was completed long before 4pm so I guess they simply do not allow early check in).
We had a great stay and the place was perfect for our girls weekend. It was a bit noisy at night because we were amongst student housing. Close to many great stores and restaurants all within walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay here! So close to King street and if you love to walk you are walking distance to everything! House was clean and cute and the patio is so cute!

If you love to be in the heart of things, this is a great location for excellent restaurants and lively bars! The space is such a chill vibe, and the back patio is ideal! Super comfortable and clean.I would stay again in a heartbeat!
This was such a fun trip for me and my husband! We walked everywhere! This property is so convenient to King Street, great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more! I would definitely stay here again!
In Charleston for work and enjoyed the convenient location. It was clean, comfortable, and offered good amenities. Drinking coffee on the back deck under the twinkly lights was a highlight, as was the firm mattress.
A great location for first time Charleston visitors! Honestly the perfect location 2-3 minutes from all the King Street action! Such a cute place to stay with close friends. We want to come back!!
