This lovely cottage sits in a quiet uptown neighborhood that's walking distance to coffee cafes, popular SB restaurants, grocery store, Trader Joes, nail salons, dog park and more.

Restaurants to walk to include Uptown Lounge, Los Agave, Yellow Belly and Petrini's. Handlebar and Daily Grind coffee houses are near by as well.

The private and lush gated back yard is filled with fruit trees an herb garden and flowers.

On-site parking on the driveway for two cars, one small car can go into the garage space (door is manual).

Two bedrooms with King and Queen beds are on either side of the bath and steps from the living areas.

The dining room seats up to six, or take your meal or coffee outside on the covered porch, seating for 4-6 out there.

BBQ is steps from the Kitchen and laundry room.

The laundry room includes storage space, washer and dryer, broom, mop and a few cleaning supplies.

Outdoor living includes couch and arm chairs, coffee table and umbrella.

Wonderful cottage in an amazing location

We loved our stay on Serena St. Lynn was a wonderful and very responsive host who made our stay super easy. The location is superb. There are so many great places in walking distance, and the beach and downtown are just a short drive. The house is delightful and we absolutely loved the patio and cute backyard. We really hope we can stay here again sometime soon!! It really is a very special place. Thank you.
