This quaint, NH style house, is exactly what you need to get rid of the everyday craziness of life. Which is why we called it The Loon-E Bin!!

Centrally located in Sandwhich, you’ll be short drives away from everything you want to experience in New Hampshire. Whether you’re into skiing/snowboarding, sledding (both on plastic sleds or riding the fun machines through endless trails), swimming, hiking, and mountain biking. You’re not far from either the Conway area or Weirs beach. Catch the Mt Washington to points all over Winnipesaukee, or, hit the local spots like Beede Falls, or enjoy residential only access to the local Beach at Big Squam, Bearcamp pond, or The Potholes.

Excellent restaurants and ice cream shops, close by in Sandwich, Moultonborough, Center Harbor, and Merideth.

Besides the sunset views from the gazebo and porches, the interior will have you feeling cozy. Downstairs you’ll find a family interactive open concept. While breakfast/dinner is cooking, everyone can converse while watching a movie, or, playing games and putting together puzzles.

Upstairs, you’ll get a good nights rest. Crack the windows at night, to wake up to fresh northern air and the birds enjoying life!

Quiet, Idyllic and Well Appointed

Fabulous house basically in the middle of the woods close by to all the fantastic trails. Beautiful, tasteful and even humorous decor, plenty of supplies, comfortable beds and well furnished. Host friendly, very responsible and responsive. The area is absolutely fantastic to the outdoors oriented maybe more than most in close proximity to both lakes, mountains and the Kanc, an outdoorsman's paradise. Had a marvellous experience taking a long route mountain biking all the gravel roads of this scenic area but there's so much and this fantastic property is an ideal launch pad. Would rent again, highly recommended.

Short family winter weekend

Service & communication with host was very quick and easy. Nice clean open living space downstairs with lots of windows and light! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
