The pool was awesome. Host was responsive when we contacted him about heating the pool. Conveniently located a short drive to the beach, Busch gardens, the aquarium and the zoo. Definitely will be back

A great vacation stay cozy for a family or friend trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. If we plan another Tampa trip, I'd definitely rent the property again in the future.

Check in process was simple. Host replies to messages quickly. Extra charge applies to heating the pool, gas for the grill Is not available. Ice maker Did not work. Master bathroom door did not close all the way. You will be asked to wash the dishes you use and to wash the towels you use. You will also be asked to take out the trash. Home is very dated but overall it was an okay stay.

It was a okay stay at the house, house was a little dated and not much in it. The garbage was over flowing and had to be taken to the road, that was different. Owner seemed nice and responded.

The house is nice and worked for our stay.There are chairs missing from the table in the kitchen, so we were unable to all sit together. Also, not much in the way of usable items in the kitchen so we had to purchase cups for our drinks.The door to one of the bathrooms was very awkward and difficult to use.Overall, it's in a good location and a good, safe neighborhood. It is conveniently located only a half hour from USF, Busch Gardens, etc.
