Relax at the end of the day on either a king or queen size bed with an option for the king to switch to two twin beds. Each room has flat-screen TVs plus Wi-Fi. The new bath has beautiful walk-in shower, there’s a comfy living room and a Brand New Kitchen to cook your favorite meals. The new Casa del Sol is an ideal safe place for your family to enjoy a sunshiny vacation and only steps from the sand!

There is a communal washer/dryer in the facility and a gated parking lot. Enjoy an outdoor BBQ/entertainment just out side next to the pool. Take the Seaside Shuttle and see what is called "one of the last great beach towns." Stroll into town for a wonderful evening of eating in one of Carpinteria's yummy restaurants, visit the Seal Rookery, relax on the sand, walk the beach or bring your surfboard and catch a wave…private gated parking included.
