Ready for a Beach Vacation? This recently renovated and sleek 2 bedroom/1 bath condominium is ideally located just steps from Carpinteria's beautiful white, sandy beach. Only a 5-minute walk from downtown shops, great restaurants and Carpinteria's Farmers Market. Fully stocked and welcoming, this unit has everything you'll need to relax and enjoy beach living. Private patio opens up to beach side for great sunrises, sunsets and beach sounds. Complex features 2 heated pools and a jacuzzi, as well as a clubroom and washer/dryer.

We welcome you and your family/friends to our unit, which sleeps 4, with a 2 queen beds in each bedroom. Equipped with what you’ll need for a ‘home away from home’, WiFi, flat-screen TV, cable and DVD player. The kitchen includes beautiful quartz counter tops, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and includes small appliances, such as coffee maker, blender and toaster.

Listen to the waves, smell the salt air and watch the sunset from the private patio with beach access. There are two pools and a Jacuzzi at the condominium complex, which are heated year around.

Only 10 minutes North from beautiful Santa Barbara and 15 minutes South to Ventura – an ideal location!

I would definitely stay at this condo again! Lovely and clean with a perfect layout for comfort. The location of the condo is a 2 minute walk to the beach and also has a pool and jacuzzi available! All amenities needed were included too. The owner was extremely nice and great with communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed - and her personal touch was so welcoming. We had a wonderful time in Carpinteria! Leigh was a very welcoming host. She responded within minutes when we had questions. The place is lovely. It took 90 seconds to get to the beach (yes, I timed it!), and we enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen is very well appointed, and the TV has countless streaming options. The downtown is only minutes from the place, so it's easy to shop, eat out, etc. The Salt Marsh Reserve is less than a block away. It was a wonderful stay - I highly recommend Leigh's place!

Life at the beach

Nice, updated, clean unit in a great location. Leigh is the best host you could ask for. My wife and I enjoyed our two month stay and are looking for being there again next year. It is very close to lots of near by restaurants and just a few steps to the beach.

This apartment is a perfect beach stay. Super clean, the beach is across the street, quiet. I was in the area for work and stayed for a month. It has everything you need for a lovely long stay. After a long day I either chilled in the jacuzzi or strolled on the beach. Nothing better.

Perfect Carpinteria Condo

This is an ideal condo for a Carpinteria beach vacation. Pool right outside one door and the beach outside the other, just across the street. Very clean and well-maintained condo and building. We loved the patio and direct access to the condo from the patio. Leigh was super responsive and accommodating to anything we needed. We highly recommend!

Fantastic Location, close to Pools and Hot Tub

Condo was great. It is close to the beach and also the 2 pools and hot tub are right outside the interior door. Patio is equipped with propane BBQ, table, umbrella and chairs as well as a Bar top with 4 stools that you can sit and see over the patio fence. Also has 2 beach chairs to use. Patio provides access to street and beach as well as parking for loading and unloading your vehicle. Property Manager/Owner was very helpful and responsive. Would definetely stay here again.

Family Fun in Carpenteria

We had a great time staying in this property. It was clean and had a fully stocked updated kitchen. The short walk to the beach was perfect for our young kids. The pool is right outside the door to the condo and got loud in the evening but we didn't mind the noise. It was easy to check in and the owner was accessible via text during our stay. We really enjoyed our vacation and hope to come back in the future.

We were very excited to purchase our condo in Carpinteria. Leigh spent her summers in Carpinteria for over 15 years, and moved back 7 years ago. We love this most special little town and are very excited to share it with family and friends!

Why they chose this property

Our condo is very easy to live in and out of! Just updated with all new appliances, a great outdoor raised bar to watch the sunrise and sunset. Two bedrooms with one bath, on the beach 'side'. Two pools and a jacuzzi tub are available. Easy walk into town with some pretty amazing restaurants and shopping. We love Carpinteria and would like to welcome you to our condo!
