I was pleased to find the property was exactly as described in listing. A lovely, spacious, pet-friendly, 3BD/2.5BA house, located in a quiet, safe area. Location was a super convenient area of West Asheville for me to stay, with easy back roads access to downtown and northern parts of the city - avoiding many congested areas. Host was responsive and quick to reply to questions prior to my arrival. I recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful home

This rental was a great location for our purpose. The property manager was very quick to respond to a question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Very nice house. It needs some fine tuning and listed rules.

Nice new home but lacking in some necessities. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes. One dishtowel. 0 pot holders, only two drink glasses 0 backup toilet tissue, Most important looming potential liability issue.polished wooden stairs without carpet stair treads. The house was not ready at 4:00 pm. We had to wait outside for 30 minutes and the house was still not fully cleaned. I hope this review will help you with future rentals, Matt.

Hey Loraine, I wish you would have let us know about any of those issues. We had a back to back stay before you and It seems like our cleaners really dropped the ball. We usually also have a lot of extra toilet paper too but we must have ran low right before your stay. We would have brought extra toilet paper if you had let us know!
