The Waverly House In Destiny Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

A balcony overlooking lush foliage ensures you will be spending time contemplating nothing at all. A screened front porch means the whole family can sit together and watch day turn to evening and lazily recount the day's activities. Inside, beach colors greet you and all the amenities you need are within reach. Your primary suite offers a comfy seating area perfect for dozing or catching up on that novel, while upstairs, everyone is energized by the bright, clean layout and ambiance. You will feel refreshed just being at Waverly House, and you haven't even walked to the beach yet. This cool, yet comfortable locales is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy each moment of your ultimate vacation.

This property comes with 2 parking spaces.

GOLF CARTS- they are allowed, but it will take up 1 of your parking passes. They must be rented through Destin Elite Golf Carts, you will mention booking code DWR. If a golf cart is rented with another company you will be fined $100 a day by the HOA.

Per HOA- Motorcycles, jet skis, boats, trailers, campers, RV's, go carts, ATVs, motorized scooters or commercial vehicles are NOT permitted in subdivision.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We arrived to find the outdoor trash cans overflowing with garbage. We made sure to let the property owner know that we arrived to find the living room TV remote without a back & a hole in the front door screen. The next morning we found a back patio full of broken glass (while we were barefoot) & beer bottle caps. The property management immediately sent someone to clean up thankfully. Property management also noticed extremely low hanging trees that should have been trimmed hanging over the driveway. They sent someone the next day to cut back the trees. Overall, we were happy with the property & the communication, however we would have wished for better housekeeping before arriving. Thank you for letting us enjoy your property. We did our best to treat your home as if it were ours.

Great house and location

Perfect spot to stay, especially for our first trip to Destin! The house was clean and the welcome bag was great with essentials while waiting for our grocery order. Short walk to the beach, pool, a great restaurant.

Enjoyed our stay

Place was exactly as describe. Close to the beach. Walked there with wagon of items around 5min walk. Pool is 2min walk. Close to things to do in Destin. Will stay there again.

Family Escape

Three 60 seeking a house in Destin area to relax away from Spring Breakers. The property was perfect. Gated community provided security that we sought with friendly neighbors. Property was well-kept. Property management was readily accessible. Only input would be the need to update bathroom fixtures and adjust water pressure.

Very beautiful property and a very beautiful location, only hiccup is that the property is in a homeowners association with very nosey and pushy people. Other than that it was amazimg.

The location and overall enjoyment of relaxing in this home was superb. The only improvement we would recommend would be increaing the number of bath towels for our family of 5. We brought our own beach towels but I am referring to the number towels needed for bathing over several days. We did make use of the washer/dryer to compensate.
