Luxury Cozy Villa :Home away from home

Enjoy spending a great vacation with your family in this beautiful 5 bed , 3 and a half bath home which has pretty much everything needed for the most relaxing vacation! Situated just minutes away from the world famous Disneyland and other theme parks, this villa is packed with things you will need for your memorable stay.

You will be able to enjoy a tastefully decorated home with mostly brand new furnishing, and carpeting and wood flooring throughout. You can also enjoy the spacious living area fitted with a large T.V. with extensive T.V. channels, where you can lounge around with family and friends.

The first floor on suite master bedroom with King Bed with view to the private pool deck. There are two additional Queen Bedrooms, with one on suite, on the second floor. The fourth and the fifth rooms are each furnished with two twin beds. All the bedrooms have LCD TV’s, walk in closets, and alarm clock radios, and bathrooms fitted with hair dryers. The home has Free WiFi Connection and will sleep 10 people very comfortably.

Sit out on the patio facing the conservation, during the day and enjoy the warm summer weather while sipping on summer drinks or having a relaxing swim in the private pool. There is a brand new BBQ grill on the deck, for your evening entertainment.

When you are done with theme parks, there is a place to relax at home with a game of pool in the game room. The home is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The neighborhood is situated in a highly sort after subdivision Calabay Parc, which is also secured by a 24hr surveillance system.

Great stay.

We are a military family that was looking for a vacation with friends. This location did not disappoint. The house was clean and had just what we needed. We went during December timeframe and ordered the pool to be heated and it was pleasantly warm. We visited Universal and Sea World and it was about a 45 min drive when considering traffic in the morning. Near a Publix and a couple fast food places.

Nice spacious home in a very nice neighborhood

We were a family of eight, and we found this home in Davenport to be spacious and well apportioned. The game room was a big bonus for us! The home itself is nice and well furnished, with all the necessities, including kitchen items. It would be great for any length of stay. The neighborhood felt safe and was in a great location, not too far from all that Orlando has to offer, and near shopping areas for anything that is needed. Communication with the owners was excellent, making check in and check out easy.

Funtastic Getaway

Our family of consisting of 5 adults and 5 children spent a week in Florida in this lovely home. The kids really enjoyed the pool and game room! It was enough space to accommodate our group really comfortably and made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Florida.

This house was amazing! The best BNB I've rented In a while. I took my kids to Florida for Spring break and we enjoyed our stay! Location is close to everything; restaurants, grocery store, Disney World, and so many other things. The house is beautiful, spacious, fully equipped and most importantly CLEAN. Would love to stay here again!

Our stay was awesome! The house was perfect for our needs. Most days we could get to/from whichever Disney park we were going to in about 20 minutes. The pool area was a nice place to relax after a long day at the parks. The beds were all very comfortable & everything seemed to be well cared for. The owner was extremely helpful & friendly with any questions we had. We'll definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property during our vacation to Disney World. Beautiful villa, well equipped with everything you need . The only thing I will recommend is a pool heater, the pool water was very cold!!! Everything was as described and we felt very comfortable here. The layout was good and the décor was welcoming! Great stay!

Great stay! The host was always more than friendly and available for any issues that we had. The house was in a good neighborhood with great location just right off of a main road so easy in an out. The house was set up nice and had everything that we needed. Great location and easy access to many restaurants and grocery stores. The only thing that we would recommend is updating the beds eventually as they’re a little bit noisy so when my children were moving around upstairs on them they could be heard downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall really good

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of things. Like the batteries in most of the remotes need to be changed, the carpet need to be steam cleaned, and the lounge chairs in the pool area need to be updated. But other than that everything was great!

wonderful stay

WOW!!! What a wonderful home to spend Thanksgiving in. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, inviting home to stay in. The house was spotless, extremely clean, and very well taken care of. This was a beautiful house in a great neighborhood, but the property needs some updates for sure

Owners should go stay a couple days to see the updates it needs ,plus the "cleaning service" they're using isnt cleaning the house all the way

Family Vacation

We were more than pleased with our stay. The home had everything we needed. The property was very clean, and organized. The owner was very responsive when i had any questions. The check in process was seamless. The home was beautiful. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. The grill was super convenient to have. My kids spent most of the days in the pool when we weren’t out at the parks. We loved it so much we’re already talking about our next trip.

Clean & spacious home

This home was very spacious , had everything you needed.I was impressed how we had a few trash bags , dishwashing tablets , laundry pods, etc.., other homes i have stayed didn’t go out of their way to leave us a few welcome items. The location is so close to stores, restaurants and not much of a long drive to the theme parks . As a manager of a cleaning company for 10yrs, this home is very cleaned , 5 star rating. we opted out having the pool heated ,the children didn’t mind the cooler water, they were too busy having so much fun swimming. The game room was a nice extra bonus for fun. I recommend staying in this home during your vacation.

Lovely and comfortable

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The owners were very accomodating and when I called to heat the pool, they promptly took care of this per my instructions. I didn't cook much so I didn't even check out the cooking supplies, but the cabinets appear to be stocked well. Just some advice for renters - there is a separate ac control for the upstairs which I didn't notice until we were there for a couple of days (my bad - not the owners) and it was a bit stuffy up there until we discovered it. Overall, a great stay with cooperative owners.
