A beautiful villa with everything you need for your stay. Fantastic communication with the owner. We have been vacationing in Florida for many years and this was the best villa we have stayed in (we have stayed in more expensive villas around Disney which were nowhere near as good as this one). Overall, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful villa. Thank you for everything!

The host was extremely nice and available to answer my questions. Her home is impeccably clean and well decorated. She even left a hostess container that had dishwasher soap, shampoo, soap, and other items that came in handy.

Our stay at Margarita Villa was May 8th-15th. Wonderful property, great layout with two master rooms. Our daughter enjoyed the stay in the Frozen theme room. Also has a Star Wars theme fourth room. The Disney and Margaritaville accents throughout the house make your stay feel special whether you’re an adult or child. Kitchen and dining room had plenty of room for our four adults and one child on this vacation. The pool and hot tub worked great. Had a few questions and communication with the owner was great and we even had a FaceTime call. Grocery shopping is very close and found great restaurants just minutes away from this property. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great property to stay close to Orlando.

Kathy was a wonderful host! She sent me all the information needed and answered all my questions! The house had everything we could ever need and then some! We loved the pool and all the extras in the kids rooms were a bonus. Kids loved the garage game room. When we come back we will definitely be giving Mrs. Kathy a call again and will recommend the house to family and friends in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at Margarita Villa for 10 nights in November. The villa has everything you would need and is in a quiet, peaceful secure development. The villa was also very clean and welcoming. Kathy was very helpful throughout the booking process and responded to any queries we had. Excellent south facing pool area gets the sun all day. The only thing we would suggest would be a parasol/Umbrella to provide shade on hot days. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we holiday in Florida.

wonderful home for a pleasant vacation.

We had a great time at this home, it was very clean well stocked, and a pleasant home to stay in. We spent most of our time at the house just relaxing. Would definitely consider renting this home again. The communication with owner was excellent. It is in a very nice, gated community close to Disney World.

Great property. Clean easy to get to, and about as private as you can get in that area. Pool is full sun, and no house directly behind you. Will stay again when we come back down.

Perfect stay for our group of 6

The house was located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and looked just like the pictures online. It only took us 20-25 min to get to Disney each morning and Kathy/Lou were excellent hosts. I would recommend this property to others!
