Why they chose this property

Originally I am from Alpena, I had a pop up camper, and fell in love with this lake, and found a lot here 33 years ago and built here. What a great place-to spend your summer, and watch your children grow up

What makes this property unique

This property is a key lot. It borders the lake and canal giving privacy, and 280’ off frontage. Having lived on watber in the past, I wanted A lot of water frontage, and little maintence, therefore this was the design.
