Where should I start! We booked for three weeks and we only received one set of towels. Really! The bottom sheet on the bed was the wrong size or depth and we ended up sleeping on the plastic mattress cover. I went out and bought a set of sheets! We have family in the area So we borrowed towels from them. The drain in the shower got clogged and the owner asked us to clean it out. Apparently it must happen all the time and he has done nothing to correct the problem. The draw that the silverware was in was dirty as was some of the silverware. Thumbs down 👎

Hi Monica, We appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your recent three-week stay. Your comments are valuable, and we regret any inconveniences you encountered during your visit. It's unfortunate that you experienced issues with the towels, bedding, and silverware, and we truly wish these concerns had been brought to our attention earlier, as your timely communication would have enabled us to promptly enhance your comfort. To address these matters, we will have a discussion with our housekeeping team. We will ensure that we have an ample supply of towels for long-term stays, verify that the bedding size is appropriate for all beds, and inspect the cleanliness of all silverware, including its storage area. Regarding the shower drain problem, we are glad to hear that it resolved on its own. Nonetheless, we take this matter seriously and will implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
